Winston is a forward thinker and has been designing education programmes that prepare Myanmar students for the future of education. The domains Winston excels are creativity-design-innovation, entrepreneurship, education, technology and app development. Winston has 12 years of combined experiences in the aforementioned domains.

Experience is the best teacher - but how do we engineer the experiences?
In this interactive session, the attendees will take-a-way the core of education, the ability to intentionally design the experiences, from which they can teach themselves, and frameworks to empower themselves across various disciplines. Teachers will be able to apply these tactics in their daily practices; learners will be able to use the design frameworks to educate themselves.
